Test Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
1. Cancellation or Rescheduling 35 or More Calendar Days Before the Test
Candidates who wish to cancel their registration or reschedule their test 35 or more calendar days before the test date may:
- Receive a refund with a 25% deduction from the test fee, OR
- Reschedule the test with a 25% deduction from the paid amount.
To proceed, candidates must complete the Request for Refund Form and submit it to our center staff.
2. Cancellation or Rescheduling Less Than 35 Days Before the Test
If a candidate wishes to cancel or reschedule less than 35 days before the test, a refund will only be granted if they can provide valid documentation proving an exceptional circumstance. In this case, a 25% deduction will apply.
Test rescheduling is only possible with a valid reason supported by official documentation. A rescheduling fee of 25% of the test cost applies.
Valid reasons include:
- Serious illness (hospitalization, severe injury, or illness; minor illnesses such as colds, flu, or common infections are not included).
- Bereavement (death of an immediate family member).
- Exceptional circumstances (victim of a crime, involvement in a road traffic accident).
- Military service (official call-up notice).
To apply, candidates must submit the Request for Refund Form along with supporting documents (medical certificate, death certificate, police report, military service notice, etc.). Statements signed by family members are not accepted.
3. Cancellation or Rescheduling Less Than 72 Hours Before the Test
- 48 to 72 hours before the test – a 50% refund of the test fee is possible.
- Less than 48 hours before the test – no refund will be issued.
All requests within this period will only be considered if accompanied by supporting documents.
Important!
You may reschedule your test at any time before it begins. However, if your request is submitted too close to the test date, it may be treated as a cancellation, and the corresponding policy will apply.
